As part of its CEE expansion plans, high-end shoe retailer AW Lab, part of Baťa Group, opened its first store in the Czech Republic. AW Lab, exclusively represented by CBRE, took space at the Černý Most shopping center in Prague 9 and is planning to open a second location at the Chodov Shopping Center in Prague 4 in two weeks. AW Lab is a prominent Italian shoe retail company focused on sports. The network has more than 200 stores globally, including shopping areas in large Italian and Spanish cities.
