The supplier of materials for constructions and installations Baduc Bucharest, has decided to sell a part of its industrial land in Sector 5, Bucharest to a targeted retailer, in order to support its investment program from 2020-2024.
Baduc shareholders have approved the sectioning of the industrial land where it has its headquarters, with a plot of about 5,000 sqm from its main land and wishes a sale to Lidl or Penny at an estimated price of almost EUR 1 million, according to market sources. The offices and warehouses that it operates on the 5,000 sqm plot will be moved to its remaining 36,000 sqm.
