Benoît Charles is replacing Fabrice Bansay as CEO of Apsys in Poland, as Bansay has been promoted to CEO of Apsys. Prior the promotion, Charles was acting as expansion and marketing director of Immochan. Apsys Group has restructured the company’s top management system, setting up a general directorate for group’s operations in France and Poland. Apsys is the developer of several shopping centers in Poland, including its flagship Posnania retail mall. The project will add 100,000 sqm of new retail space to Poznań property market.
