Bershka and Stradivarius signed leases at Europa Centralna, underway on a 27 ha plot in the city of Gliwice. The retail project is now 90 percent let. Europa is a JV project between Helical and Standard Life Investments. It includes a shopping center and a retail park.
Owned by Inditex Group, the fashion brand Bershka took 800 sqm in the shopping center, while Stradivarius signed on for 300 sqm.
The project’s other tenants include Tesco Extra, DIY castorama, Jula, Media Expert, Ski Team, RTV Euro AGD, SMYK, Solar, Promod, Reserved, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, CCC, Lindex, Rossman, Douglas and Super-Pharm.
