A European investment fund has submitted a letter of intent to acquire Prima Park Marki, a retail center in Warsaw, €8.8m. The vendor, Kleba Invest, is reportedly analyzing the bid offer. “The company’s supervisory board is considering some changes in its long-term strategy, including development and management of the existing Prima retail parks,” the company wrote in a statement. The deal is currently in due diligence.
According to Kleba Invest, the buyer is a European investment fund active in commercial property, including retail centers located within Europe. Opened last year, Prima Park Marki offers 4,700 sqm of retail space with 190 parking places. The project is Kleba Invest’s third Polish Prima scheme, which has also built in Pruszcz Gdański and Chwaszczyno.
