Biedronka expanded its network by 13 outlets

Biedronka expanded its network by 13 outlets on June 29-30 this year, Biedronka announced. The new facilities are located in Zabrze, Nowogard, Kraków, Tarnowskie Góry, Michałowice, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Ustka, Jaroszowice, Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, Koziegłowy, Żarki, Haczów, Dąbrówka-Ługi.

“We are consistently sticking to the ambitious development plan of our chain for 2021. In just the last 2 days, we have opened as many as 13 branches throughout Poland. From month to month, we are even closer to our customers – not only by opening new stores, but also because we are developing our offer, and an example may be vegetables and fruit from local farmers and producers,” said Paweł Stolecki, the director of the macroregion in the Biedronka network.

The largest newly opened store, with an area of ​​over 1,100 sqm, is located in Haczów.

In Q1 this year, the Biedronka chain opened 21 stores (15 net) and rebuilt 79 locations, increasing the network to 3,130 outlets at the end of March. The retail space increased by a total of 15,230 sqm y / y to 2.14 million sqm.
