Biedronka, the largest retailer in Poland, has opened a 1,165 sqm store at Stalchemia Retail Park in Siedlce. Savills represented the owner of the retail scheme in the lease transaction. Located on Kardynała Wyszyńskiego street, Stalchemia Retail Park offers 12 retail and service units and a 350-space car park. The investor of the retail park is BMX Rutkowski Sp.j. Savills is responsible for leasing the property.
