Bilfinger Real Estate was named property manager for Neumarkt Galerie in Cologne and RheinBerg Galerie in Bergisch-Gladbach. Bilfinger will also oversee leasing at the two properties. Neumarkt Galerie, located on Schildergasse, includes 42 retail units on 20,000 sqm. The project also offers 14,000 sqm of office space as well as 25 consulting rooms. Neumark Galerie is part of the Deka-Immobilien Europa open-ended mutual real estate fund. RheinBerg Galerie was completed in 2009. It has 48 retail units on 16,500 sqm of space. The shopping center is part of the WestInvest TargetSelect Shopping fund.
