A partnership between BK Developers and RYBAK Development has picked up a mixed use development site in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Williamsburg. In a transaction valued at $11.5 million, the land traded for $340 per buildable square foot. Located at 88 Withers Street, the 125’ by 100′ corner development site was delivered with approved plans for a 39,000 sqf mixed use building comprised of 33 residential units and a ground-floor retail unit. The residential layout mix consists of three three-bedrooms, 14 two-bedrooms, eight one-bedrooms, and eight studio units. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brendan Maddigan arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Withers 88 Group, LLC, led by Christian Pompa of Caro Enterprises.
