Expansion work on Warsaw’s Blue City is expected to start soon. The project currently includes a 200-unit retail component and two office buildings. Blue City investor, the Dutch company Singspiel, announced that more office space will be added to the existing space.
“We’re currently preparing to add 1,500 sqm of additional office space to the existing mall. Once we finish, there will be a total of 33,000 sqm of offices in Blue City,” said Krzysztof Sajnóg, who is responsible for marketing at Blue City.
Sajnóg added that additional offices may be built on the surrounding land in the future.
“We’re currently negotiating the purchase of a plot near underground parking garage of Blue City,” Sajnóg said.
