BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland will take over the management of four retail parks located in Poland on behalf of the landlord Pradera. The company will be providing complete property management services for four retail parks in Janki, Targówek in Warsaw, Katowice and Franowo in Poznań. The contract will increase the BNP’s Polish portfolio managed properties by more than 140,000 sqm. Currently, the international property management business line of BNP Paribas Real Estate manages 25 properties in eight European countries.
