The German Bosch Group, with total net sales of EUR 1.4 billion in Romania in 2020, continues its local employment and investments, having opened 580 positions in several areas of the country.
The expansion of the engineering center in Cluj is taken into account, as well as the increase of the production capacity. “This year, we will continue investments in increasing production capacity and we have started work on the expansion of the engineering center in Cluj, the second building. We hope to finish it in a year and a half, two years,” said Mihai Boldijar, the representative of the Bosch Group in Romania
Last year, Bosch maintained the level of investments at about EUR 100 million, the average of the last 2-3 years, given that things were quite difficult. After last year’s results, the company expects this year to be an even better year.
