Radu Stoica, the owner of Boutique du Pain, will open a new restaurant on the ground floor of The Bridge office building, being developed by Forte Partners in Bucharest’s Grozavesti area. The restaurant will offer 400 seats. The first building in the office project is scheduled for delivery this year and is already 60 percent leased, with BCR taking 18,000 sqm. Stoica owns two Boutique du Pain restaurants in Bucharest.
