BPI Real Estate Poland (BPI RE Poland) has purchased a plot of land in the center of Wrocław for another investment in Poland – after Poznań, Warsaw and the Tri-City, the company said. The purchase of plots of land for new investments, the total gross area of which amounts to 200,000 sqm, is closely related to the company’s further development plans.
“In line with our strategy, we only invest in the best locations. Both the land in Wrocław and the other recently purchased land in Poznań, Warsaw and the Tri-City are characterized by a very attractive location. We are currently preparing to implement further investments.
