Master Management is moving forward with its shopping center project in the city of Ełk. Demolition work has already been completed, and excavation for the foundation started this week. Mostostal Warszawa is overseeing construction of the two-story, 16,200 sqm mall called Brama Mazur and estimates the project should be complete in the first quarter of 2014.
Nearly 70 percent of the project has already been leased, according to the developer. “We are continuing our policy of introducing both local and foreign retailers to our projects,” said Michał Masztakowski of Master Management.
