Continental Realty Corporation, has named Hunter Brewer as a Financial Analyst in the company’s Finance & Capital Markets department. In his new position, Brewer will support the company’s in-house Finance & Capital Markets team that is responsible for all capital market transactions involving the company and its real estate funds. He will focus on completing financial analyses of real estate projects in the due diligence phase, as well as completing research to help determine the financial feasibility of individual acquisitions. Brewer formerly worked as Financial Analyst for B&L Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. Brewer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Lenoir-Rhyne University, while also participating on the Division II lacrosse team.
