Bricomarché will take over space at Echo Investment’s Przemyśl retail center, previously occupied by a Bomi store, which went bankrupt. The DIY chain signed a lease on 4,000 sqm of space in the project in a deal that takes effect in November. Recently, Bricomarché signed a lease at Echo’s Bełchatów retail center. Both of the projects are set to be modernized later this year.
“The changes planned for Echo retail centers in Przemyśl and Bełchatów are in line with its trend to revitalize existing projects, which includes both changes in the offer and the interiors in the project,” says Marcin Materny, head of the retail center department at Echo Investment. “Our investments are simply following up with the recent market trends, with most recent examples being the modernization of the Echo retail center in Kielce and the planned expansion of the Galaxy shopping center.”
