British investors brought in to revive The Prague Outlet

19 June 2014

Dreitonel has tapped the British consultancy firm Rioja Developments as a strategic partner for The Prague Outlet, located near the city’s international airport in Ruzyně. Rioja has been brought in to help Dreitonel revive the 31,000 sqm retail project, which was initially called Galleria Moda before going bankrupt. Dreitonel, financed by PPF Bank, bought the completed-but-never-opened outlet center last year and hopes to open the project in 2016. The original Italian investor failed to lease the space. Dreitonel paid CZK 368m for the center. The deal included an additional 6 ha of land suitable for commercial development.
