The Shopper’s Haven retail center in Pompano Beach has been sold to Chris and Carmen Partridge, a pair of real estate investors for $50 million. Built in 1964, the 206,791 sqf retail center is located at 3301 North Federal Highway and changed hands for just over 241 per sqf. It was 99 percent leased at the time of the sale and is anchored by Winn-Dixie. The seller was investment trust Brixmor Property Group. The sale marks the largest retail commercial sale in Pompano this year. The deal was completed with a $25 million loan supplied by First Republic Bank.
