Brodson Construction to redevelop Miami office building

Brodson Construction has purchased a Wynwood office building for $3.7 million. The site on Northeast Second Avenue in Miami, includes a 10,151 square foot building on a 12,872 square foot lot. The property was last acquired in October 2002 for $500,000, according to Miami-Dade property records. David Lombardi of Lombardi properties represented the buyer, while Lyle Chariff and Mauricio Zapata of Chariff Group acted for the seller. According to Chariff, the new owner plans to redevelop the site into retail space.
