Subway, CCC, Ecco and Brioche Doree have signed leases at Anchor Group’s Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania, both of which are undergoing thorough renovations. About 90 percent of both malls have been leased, according to Anchor Group. H&M and World Class gym also recently expanded their space at both malls. The renovations, which began in March 2013, are expected to cost about €25m and involve reconfiguring work space and revamping the interior design.
