The Macedonian developer Kam has chosen Bulgarian Studio 17.5-M studio to design its shopping center project Trade Center, to be built in the center of Skopje.
The mall will be located near the city’s old railway station and the main pedestrian street on the site of the former Flower Market. This structure will be partially restored to provide an open space for retail, recreation and entertainment.
The project is part of the municipality’s plans to extend the city’s retail and business functions through the construction of large commercial units.
The 25,220 sqm shopping center will have three floors with a variety of store sizes and restaurants, with a ground floor supermarket and a fitness center. Four levels of underground parking will be provided.
