Sun Power opened a shopping center along the Montenegrin coast in Radanovici near Tivat Airport. The Butiko shopping center covers 6,800 sqm. There is also on-site parking for 156 vehicles. Tenants include New Yorker, Intersport, Idea Super, Kidsland, Bonatti, Dama, Penti, City Mania, Planika, Ciciban, Tobacco Shop, Restaurant Ladovina and Baby Bistro. Colliers International Montenegro is the property manager and leasing agent.
