Cushman & Wakefield has added five retail projects to its management portfolio, totaling 56,000 sqm of space. The portfolio, including the Marcredo Center chain and two other projects located in Lubin and Piaseczno, is owned by Elbfonds Development.
“This is the second acquisition of a substantial portfolio for us this year, following the recent deal with Tristan Capital Partners, who also handed over the management of five retail centers to C&W,” said Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, head of property management at Cushman & Wakefield.
