AIG/Lincoln wants to offload Campus Square, a shopping center that is part of The Campus, a mixed-use complex the developer built in Brno. AIG/Lincoln hopes to finalize the transaction before the end of 2015. Off-record sources point to CBRE Global Investors as the potential buyer, with negotiations allegedly in an advanced state.
Located next to Campus Square, the Brno complex includes the Campus Science Park office complex and a new Masaryk University building. The shopping mall offers 22,000 sqm of retail space leased to tenants such as Tesco, Marks & Spencer and Hervis.
