Cargus, one of the leading courier companies in Romania, signed a lease on 3,000 sqm of office space and 1,800 sqm of storage in Tunari (Ilfov County), according to its CEO Gian Sharp. Cargus’ overall delivery volume has expanded by 44 percent, Sharp said, making it necessary to relocate its headquarters into a bigger building. The new headquarters will house approximately 500 Cargus employees and is located on the Tunari ring road. The company expects to see a 15-percent increase in its morning delivery volume. Cargus is owned by Abris Capital Partners, which acquired DHL in 2012.
