The fashion brand Caroline Biss is set to open a new store in Cologne. It will be the Belgian brand’s second store in Germany, filling a 150 sqm unit located at Kölner Mittelstrasse 5. The store opening is scheduled for August. Colliers International acted as the advisor. Colliers International also advised the company during the opening of the its store, located at Grabenstrasse 10 in Düsseldorf. Caroline Biss was founded in 1963 and has stores in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
