Ploiesti Shopping City, an investment of around €65 m, opens to the public in November 2012. The announcement was made by New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) and Carrefour Romania.
Destined to be the largest shopping destination and leisure in Prahova County, the 55,000 sqm GLA project will be located close to the National Road 1 (DN1) connecting Bucharest to the Prahova Valley.
Carrefour has previously said that about 50 percent of the future Ploiesti Shopping City is now leased. Among the retailers which will be present in the future shopping mall there are Cinema City, Zara, Pull and Bear, Berska, Oysho, and Sephora.
