Carrefour has revealed plans to expand its Polish network two new stores, expected to open by the end 2014. In addition, 200 franchise stores are to be opened in Poland each year. “Our priority is clearly the expansion of our franchise chain,” said Jean Anthoine, head of Carrefour in Poland. The First of the two big stores planned for Poland in the coming year is set to get underway in 2013, and the second a year later. The two projects are to be delivered in Poznan and in Gdynia.
