Catinvest will invest €70m to expand Electroputere Parc in Craiova. The French real estate group is planning to add 9,200 sqm to the shopping center. Catinvest also intends to develop a new building nearby that will include 12,000 sqm of commercial space, 15,000 sqm of office and more than 700 parking spots. Expansion work has already started, and completion is expected in the first quarter of 2018. The new building is scheduled to be delivered by the end of next year.
