Catinvest continues to diversify the range of options offered by Electroputere Mall in the next period, with new stores such as Buzz, Colin’s, Kigili, Sportvision, Gorilla Gym, My Geisha, Gant, Candy Cat or DM Drogerie Markt. The attractiveness of the food court area will also increase in the coming weeks with the opening of the new Chopstix, Cartofiserie and Burger King restaurants. A new 1,000-square-foot outdoor terrace is set to open, offering customers of the 23 restaurants operating in Electroputere Mall more than 300 outdoor seating areas.
“Since its acquisition in 2016, Catinvest has doubled the size of Electroputere. However, we do not intend to stop here, on the contrary. We are happy to announce the start of work on EP Residence by summer. EP Residence will bring to the area a complementary offer with over 60 luxury hotel apartments. The next step, planned for early 2023, is underway. All I can reveal now is that it will be spectacular and will bring over 45,000 sqm of additional retail space and offices in Electroputere,“ said Bertrand Catteau, chairman of the Catinvest group.
