The French real estate group Catinvest starts in July the construction works aimed at expanding Electroputere Mall in Craiova with another 5,500 additional sqm of retail and five new restaurants. The estimated investment in the project reaches EUR 6 million.
“With this new investment, Electroputere Mall will include an important offer of 25 restaurants, 4 of which have private terraces, and the rest with a terrace of 1,000 sqm,” says Jibril Semour, General Manager of Catinvest Eastern Europe.
This expansion is not the only development project for Electroputere Parc this summer, as another office and retail building is nearing completion. With this EUR 39 million investment, Catinvest is adding 9,000 sqm of GLA retail and entertainment space and 16,000 sqm of GLA Class A offices.
