Michaela Zvadová was named senior leasing consultant, while Kateřina Boučková was appointed leasing consultant of CBRE’s retail team. Prior to joining CBRE, Zvadová worked for JLL, where she was head of retail for the Czech Republic. Her main responsibilities included leasing business premises, retaining key clients, developing new business relationships, identifying new opportunities and developing business activities. She was in charge of projects like Centrum Chodov, Atrium Flora, Plzeň Plaza, Fashion Arena Praha, Avion Shopping Park Bratislava, Avion Shopping Park Ostrava, Galerie Harfa and Forum Liberec. Boučková joins CBRE from JLL as well, where she worked as a retail agent for projects like Pardubice Palace, Plzeň Plaza, Fashion Arena Outlet Center, Forum Liberec, Avion Shopping Park Bratislava and Avion Shopping Park Ostrava.
