CBRE has been selected to handle the property management of the Alfa Centrum office and retail building in Olsztyn for the British fund Rockspring Property Investment Managers. The agency has been appointed to manage the office and retail space in the facility, located at 16 Pilsudskiego Avenue. The 5-storey mall offers approximately 46,000 sqm of retail and 1,020 sqm of office space. CBRE is currently managing 850,000 sqm of commercial space across CEE.
