The Kraków based company, Gemini Holding has entered into agreement with CBRE under which the agency will be responsible for commercialization of the retail project Gemini Park Tychy. “We are convinced that our new project will become a huge commercial success, and it will soon be filled with prestigious tenants. Tychy is the perfect location for the development of modern retail: it is a place with high purchasing potential and low unemployment rate, yet still with relatively low retail space saturation,” said Rafał Sonik, President of the Board, Gemini Holding.
Gemini Park Tychy will be situated at Beskidzka Street and will offer an area of 32,000 sqm. Its construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter 2015 and opening of the center is set for spring 2016.
