CBRE is the new manager of Max shopping centers, owned by GE Capital Real Estate. The network was previously managed by Cushman & Wakefield. CBRE now manages 15 properties on the Slovak market. The Max shopping centers in Trnava, Trenčín, Nitra and Poprad and 57,000 sqm of retail space to CBRE’s management portfolio, which now totals 204,207 sqm. CBRE manages the shopping centers Europa in Banská Bystrica, Tulip in Martin, Arkadia in Trnava and Aquario in Nové Zámky. Its Slovak portfolio also includes Carrefour hypermarkets, Aupark Tower and two buildings owned by AXA Penzijní společnost in Bratislava.
