Footwear retailer CCC has renewed its lease agreement at the Sarni Stok shopping centre in Bielsko-Biała and expanded its 700 sqm store to 1,328 sqm. In addition, CCC’s store will be redeveloped and restyled in line with the tenant’s latest retail concept. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease. Sarni Stok is one of Bielsko-Biała’s biggest shopping centers. The mall provides more than 33,000 sqm in 90 stores and service units. Tenants include Carrefour, Media Markt, TK Maxx, Jula, H&M, Reserved and New Yorker. The scheme also has a two-level car park with 1,350 spots.
