Paradise Center signed several new tenants. CCC opened a 1,000 sqm store at the Sofia shopping center. Humanic opened a 928 sqm space, while Intersport took 500 sqm, and Notino’s new store covers 360 sqm. Located between Cherni Vrah boulevard, Henrik Ibsen street and Todor Kableshkov boulevard, Paradise Center offers 82,000 sqm of leasable space. The owner is NEPI Rockcastle. The tenant mix includes Lee Cooper, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Zara, LC Waikiki, Sephora, New Yorker, H&M and Escada.
