Crestyl opened Central Kladno, the only major new shopping center expected to come on-line this year. The 26,000 sqm project is located in the center of Kladno, west of Prague. The developer invested CZK 1.5bn into the project, according to Radim Sayed, chief sales officer at Crestyl Real Estate. The space was 95 percent leased by the opening, says Jan Kotrbáček, head of the retail team at Cushman & Wakefield, which is leasing the space. The tenant mix includes H&M, C&A, Lindex, New Yorker, Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Sportissimo, A3 Sport, Oresi and Neoluxor. An Albert hypermarket is anchoring the project. Approximately 85 percent of the stores have opened. The remaining units will open within the two months, says Kotrbáček.
