Centrum Chodov in Prague 4 is undergoing a CZK 4.5bn expansion. The shopping center, owned by Unibail-Rodamco, will offer 300 retail units on 100,000 sqm, up from its current 61,000 sqm. Centrum Chodov is set to become the city’s second largest shopping center after OC Letňany, which offers 120,000 sqm of space. The expansion will allow Unibail-Rodamco to boost the center’s leisure appeal. The food court will offer 43 restaurants, including the Japanese restaurant Wagamama on 525 sqm. The center will also offer an 18-screen multiplex. New fashion brands will include Oysho and Zara Home. H&M will have its flagship on 3,000 sqm in Centrum Chodov. The opening is scheduled for fall 2017.
