Chariot Top Group BV, the company managed by Griffin Real Estate, has sold an investment plot in Katowice. Located on Gornoslaska avenue, the property was part of a portfolio of 28 real estate assets that Chariot acquired in January 2018. The purchase of the portfolio with a value of €1bn was the largest transaction on the Polish commercial real estate market in 2018. Griffin Real Estate was advised by Linklaters law firm. CBRE and JLL acted as commercial advisors.
