Outlet Park Szczecin by Echo Investment has been nominated for Best Retail Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
Outlet Park Szczecin is located in Szczecin’s Prawobrzeże, on Struga Street. The development of Outlet Park Szczecin is divided into two stages. The construction of 1st phase started in June 2011. Its general contractor was Polimex-Mostostal SA. The first stage, which is already done, involved the construction of a shopping arcade offering over 70 retail outlets, a 7-screen Helios cinema, a ‘Piotr i Paweł’ supermarket and Smyk Mega Store.
The CIJ Award Poland honors the best retail development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
