Adv Por Property Investment SA was named general contractor for City Outlet Lublin. Construction is set to break ground in the first quarter of next year. Located on Mełgiewska street, the center will offer 11,500 sqm of space in 100 stores. This is considered the first outlet center in the country’s eastern region. CBRE will handle the leasing process. City Outlet Lublin is scheduled to open at the end of 2013.
