An affiliate of New York-based Clarion Partners has purchased the Marketplace at the Outlets in Palm Beach for $116.68 million. The 28 acre property, which is located at 1821 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard features a 297,705 square-foot center and traded for $392 per square foot. The property was developed in 2015 by PBM Power Center, an affiliate of Boston-based New England Development. National tenants include Bed, Bath & Beyond, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, PetSmart, Pier 1 Imports, Sports Authority, T.J. Maxx, Ulta Beauty and Whole Foods Market.
