A Publix-anchored shopping plaza west of Delray Beach has been sold for $31.7 million to Delaware-based Atlantic Avenue Realty Associates. The sale of the retail center, Village of Oriole, is a 150,000 square foot shopping plaza at 7205 West Atlantic Avenue, along with two buildings housing a Wells Fargo, Dunkin’ Donuts and a Bank of America. The buyer completed the purchase with a $20 million mortgage provided by Florida Community Bank. The seller, Clarion Partners, bought the assets in 2005 for $23 million.
