Two months after deciding to put the company up for sale, Cocor shareholders have started selling off individual commercial areas in the store in Bucharest, according to the news agency Mediafax. Units start at €5,000 per sqm.
The Bucharest store was valued at RON 45.1m (€10.5m) last year, down from a previous estimate of RON 86.4m (€20m). Cocor reported RON 7.9m in losses for the first half of this year.
