Colliers Hungary is taking over property management duties, including the tech support of tenant fit-outs, at KÖKI Terminál in Budapest. The shopping center offers 220,000 sqm of space and is currently 90 percent leased. Tenants include C&A, H&M, New Yorker, CCC, Deichmann, Müller drugstore and Marionnaud. “Our primary aims are to increase the occupancy rate, to increase the amount of visitors and the revenues of the retailers and to increase its name and reputation as the preferred shopping center in Budapest,” said Krisztina Majsai, senior associate at Colliers.
