Colliers International was selected to manage the Rondo Wiatraczna shopping center in Warsaw. Tenants include Pepco, KiK, Rossmann, Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Media Expert. The 11,000 sqm center is the seventh property that Colliers has taken under management this year. Rondo Wiatraczna is a modern retail-office-residential complex located in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district. The complex offers a total area of 56,000 sqm.
