The developer of retail parks Cometex, part of the Altex group, has completed an investment of over EUR 5 million in the opening of a shopping center in Vălenii de Munte, Prahova county.
The investment marks the group’s smallest “target” so far, given the fact that the city has only 12,000 inhabitants.
The company is also present with retail parks in Braşov, Dej, Deva, Giurgiu, Hunedoara, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Slatina, Satu Mare, Turnu Magurele, Huşi and Vatra Dornei, cities where the population varies between 12,500 and 238,000.
The project in Vălenii de Munte occupies an area of 3,000 sqm, and among the tenants are the brands Altex, Animax, Sinsay and Pepco.
