Cometex, the real estate division of the Altex group, the leader of the local electro-IT trade, opened, in Hunedoara, a commercial park of 5,000 sqm, following an investment of over EUR 4 million.
The new retail project has photovoltaic panels, charging stations for electric cars and intelligent lighting systems with low energy consumption. Among the tenants are Altex, KiK, Sinsay and Zoocenter.
The Cometex network has reached 11 retail parks in Braşov, Dej, Deva, Giurgiu, Hunedoara, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Slatina, Satu Mare, Turnu Magurele, Huşi and Vatra Dornei, and company officials say that by the end of the year they are going to open five more units.
